Job Description

Patriot Limousine is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our limousine business. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely financial statements, monthly reports, and management dashboards.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.

  • Provide financial insights to support operational decisions and business planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking with timely delivery of financial reports.

  • Proactive problem-solving and strategic financial planning.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT rules, and accounting systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).
