Job Description

Patriot Limousine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our limousine fleet and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, customer-service focus, and the ability to manage a premium chauffeur team while upholding the highest luxury service standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily limousine operations, including trip planning, dispatch coordination, trip assignments, and fleet availability. 

  • Oversee chauffeur performance, shift scheduling, route planning, and on-time service delivery. 

  • Uphold Patriot Limousine’s luxury service standards across all operations. 

  • Handle customer escalations, feedback, and VIP service requirements with professionalism 

  • Oversee daily vehicle inspections, cleanliness standards, and readiness for service. 

  • Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, ITC regulations, limousine licensing, and company policies. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Hospitality, or related field. 

  • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in transportation, limousine services, hospitality operations, or similar fields. 

  • Strong knowledge of UAE limousine operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Professional communication and leadership with both clients and staff.
